ונתנה תוקף
I read this on Hebrew wikipedia ( http://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%95%D 7%A0%D7%AA%D7%A0%D7%94_%D7%AA%D7%95%D7%A 7%D7%A3 ):
Translation: "Unetaneh Tokef" also gave inspiration to the famous song of Leonard Cohen: "Who by fire". The singer Elton John translated the poem and created his own version whose tune is very similar to the traditional tune customary in synagogues."
Leonard Cohen's song "Who by fire" can be heard on radioblogclub.
But I'm curious about Elton John's version. The wikipedia article doesn't say what the song's called. Is there anyone out there familiar with Elton John who knows what they're talking about, and can give me the song's title so I can look for it and listen?
Thanks.

"ונתנה תוקף" גם נתן השראה לשיר מפורסם של לאונרד כהן:"מי באש" (לפירוט). הזמר אלטון ג'ון תרגם את השיר ויצר גרסה שלו הדומה מאוד במנגינתה למנגינה המסורתית הנהוגה בבתי הכנסת.
